I Was quoted 4 hours labor to replace a fuse that took 5 minutes to replace myself. Eric is crooked as they get!!!!!! I will never step foot in another dealership with Ray Brant on the building!!!!! More

We did look into your concern and found that the labor charge was an estimate to diagnose the issue as we were unsure why it was starting but wouldn't continue to run. We did find the main relay was bad. We understand that replacing that doesn't take long, but finding out what was the cause of your complaint was not a 5 minute fix. Again, the 4 hours was an estimate, not what you were charged because the diagnosis didn't take as long as excepted. We would like to re-earn your trust. Thank you. Ray Brandt Auto Group

I was told directly by Eric that the tech had spent hours already to figure out the fuse was blown and that it was extremely difficult to replace. It literally was one bolt and one nut and I pulled it right out. His words to me were it takes hours to replace the fuse. Never once was I told it was an estimate on labor and included diagnosing the problem.
