The Service Center normally provides excellent service. I scheduled a recall for a fuel pump issue. I was told it would be a 2 - 3 hour job. The mechanics called in sick. Should have notified me that the original time estimate was going to be more than twice the original estimate. Had to go back home in Lafitte and then back to Kenner again. More
I’ve done this survey once already. The service was as good as it could be for the type of service I needed Ed for my Toyota Highlander. Apparently, after an accident I had, the wrong battery was put in my car by Toyota Collision by mistake. Fortunately, the right battery was replaced in my car st no cost to me. More

My car is basically brand new 2020 Highlander and when I brought it in to be serviced “routine service” it was in excellent condition. They did an oil change and tire rotation. They never bothered to clean or vacuum the car (which I have gotten accustomed to when bringing my car to the dealership as a courtesy) Go to check out and there is a dent in the side passenger door that I noticed immediately and pointed out to the lady assisting me. She said I must have had the dent when I came and that it was not their fault. I went and asked to speak to the supervisor who stated that the camera system was out so they couldn’t verify if it was their fault or not but that it should not be as they never accessed that door. After a few rounds I was told they would contact me when the x-a dent guy would be there next to have him try to remove the dent since they could not verify that it wasn’t their fault. Needless to say it was not a great experience. More
Alex Mena was very knowledgeable and tried hard to get me the truck I wanted. He was friendly and seemed truly concerned about my satisfaction with my vehicle. I brought my car to replace the recalled fuel pump. They called to set up appt and offered a rental car. The car was repaired promptly. Smelled of gas for a few days, but that was expected.
