If you are giving a customer the option to setup service online or call you should have more than one person to answer the phone to set appointments. I called three time to set an appointment was transferr online or call you should have more than one person to answer the phone to set appointments. I called three time to set an appointment was transferred to a number that no one answered, so the third time I called I told that to the person that had been transferring me and was told “then she must be busy”, offered to take my name and number and no one returned my call.
