I called about a horrendous odor in my car and wanted to bring it in ASAP. Had to wait a week because they were not able to work me in. I was told and showed an air filter that a nest was being built. This bring it in ASAP. Had to wait a week because they were not able to work me in. I was told and showed an air filter that a nest was being built. This was due to Hurricane Ida and a rodent. This car has only 5000 miles and is less than a year old. Car was kept for over 3 hours. I asked questions about what if rodent was still there and about the smell. Was told it would need to go to a body shop to find were it was getting in! Apparently, they did not bother to look under the hood and see damage. This car could have possibly been unsafe to drive. I would not recommend this service dept. especially since it was my first time bringing it to the dealership. More

When the vehicle was fixed and ready to go, he hands me his card saying, "Anything happens, you let me know and we will take care of it!"
