Appt was made ahead of time. Had initial problem with car rental - however Doug later that day provided me with a new loaner (LOVED THE NEW HIGHLANDER) Services were provided very quickly - more than us car rental - however Doug later that day provided me with a new loaner (LOVED THE NEW HIGHLANDER) Services were provided very quickly - more than usual for the extensive work which was needed.(Maintenance) Will continue to use service department. Service technician was very helpful and courteous. Went above and beyond to see that our needs were met. Repairs were finished quickly and correctly.
