Went in for routine maintenance with no other issues. After waiting 2 hours with no communication, I Was told a tire had a nail and needed repair - which I authorized. I tried calling, but the service dept doesn’t pick up and their voicemail is full. I used to love this location, but they are definitely not at the same level they once were. More
