I left work early to swap out a warrantied Toyota battery and arrived over 20min before the service department closed. I had to jump through hoops at work and go way to the xxxx out of my way only to have this condescending lazy xxxxx tell me to “come back in the morning.” At my job, we actually work from open till close, so I guess I’m stuck jumping my battery off multiple times a day because he couldn’t make an attempt to be helpful, or even polite for that matter. Trust me, take your business elsewhere. More
