I purchased my third vehicle from Toyota Huntington Beach, but they treated me really bad horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone that dealership they ran my credit after I sign paperwork 10 Beach, but they treated me really bad horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone that dealership they ran my credit after I sign paperwork 10 days later, they were still running my credit without my permission.. they ran 4 times my credit. when I purchased and signed the paperwork why you keep running my credit 10 days later without my permission also, I never received my assigned paperwork. It has been 30 days and no one seem like here from this dealership. They have the opportunity to make it right because I had spoken with five different people and showed my concern but no one did anything to make it right this is how they treat their repeated. Customer horrible. Dealership told me the Toyota Camry, 2021 is a certified vehicle but at the very last minute when I was ready to sign my paperwork, they said oh you know what it is not a certify This is how bad they did. Why someone write a review they must have done really bad with their customer. . More
Bought a used car here late September 2022 after they had allegedly retouched the paint fading on the hood and bumpers. After about 6 months..I noticed the paint was fading on the hood of the car again. I've allegedly retouched the paint fading on the hood and bumpers. After about 6 months..I noticed the paint was fading on the hood of the car again. I've been putting off going back and addressing the issue because of my busy schedule until today. (Just over a year after I bought the car). I spoke with the used car manager, Mark, who looked into the matter and said the hood was not reported repainted on the repair list (probably because they used a cheap cover up). I went to my trusted body shop who thinks they used SPRAY PAINT to cover up it up. I showed the dealer pictures of what the car looked like when I had initially bought it. Mark tried justifying the paint by saying it's typical oxidizing paint that happens on TOYOTA cars, and that there was nothing he could do. Mark also said that I should've brought the car in sooner. If there's nothing he could do... why should I have brought the car in sooner...? Paint does not oxidize or fade within a year. Mind you the car is kept in the garage and rarely in direct sunlight. It's clear they do xxxxty repairs in order to sale cars, and are untrustworthy. UPDATE: Had a meeting with the manager, Dustin, to discuss the issue. He basically just wasted my time as expected. Offered to buy me a tank of gas.... For the messed up paint job More

Plenty of inventory but mort importantly is that the sales staff knew where all the vehicles were located at. No running around trying to figure out where a certain model was located at. I hate dealing with dealerships but this experience was top notch. Todd was a constant professional through the whole process explaining his method to help get me the truck I wanted at the price I was comf top notch. He was forth coming with every price on the vehicle. When we made the deal and he passed me off to the finance team they were more than explanatory on their offers what I was signing and why they would choose certain packages for maintenance, even what they have chosen for their own car. There were a few moments were thing could have gone south as I am very buttoned up when dealing with spending what I believe is lots of money, but each person I dealt with very human about thier process an the process of buying a car. Todd and the low pressure sale team was something different than I experienced before and it was greatly appreciated. More
