When I called and ask about the drive cycle for my 2001 Sienna after clearing engine light, the technician told me that they can do it as well as smog check for $110. but when my wife brought the car in, they just totally ignored what was said on the phone and just did a diagnosis without telling my wife how much it costs, After everything is done, I owe them $220 or I won't get my car back! and if I do the $3900+ repair, the diagnosis fee can be waived! Even a small repair shop would let you consent the charge before doing anything! More

Since 2003 I have bought 3 tacomas. I had an anti theft device installed and the installation caused the cabin light to fail. 6 months later I still can't get the part .
