Since 2003 I have bought 3 tacomas. I had an anti theft device installed and the installation caused the cabin light to fail. 6 months later I still can't get the part . Every month I have to call to see if the part came in, anyone who's worked parts knows it's frustrating, and the parts guy tells me " you can cancel the order and drive without it" Called corporate and they're looking into it. I had made an appointment very recently for my first oil change on our '23 Tacoma 4X4 prior to going in. Upon arrival I was greeted within 2-3 minutes by Jonathon my service advisor, he took my information, change on our '23 Tacoma 4X4 prior to going in. Upon arrival I was greeted within 2-3 minutes by Jonathon my service advisor, he took my information, informed me that they would take care of my recall as well. Which by the way did not affect my rear axle. Jonathon was in contact with me throughout the process, He even personally arranged a shuttle van to pick me up. This is the 3rd or 4th visit for service here, I've never been disappointed. Kudos to Jonathon for doing a fantastic job in taking care of me. NOT!!! we agreed on a price shook hands on the price and when we went into finance increased the price by about 6 thousand with out letting me know "because of computer error". Not a reputable, serious dealership, take your business elsewhere. Also they do not inform you of the price increase skipping through pages, until after you sign. More
