BAD EXPERIENCE If I can I give it (Big Negative) -5 stars. 1st for totally bad service. They lied about the prices and the options. I talked to Alex, one of the seller, on the phone and agreed with the price for the white SE, i even confirm the prince through the text with him, and make appointment to come. When came he show me around and the price became $5,000 extra. He said because that car had more option than other SE. I agreed to pay to get that white car. When I signed contract, they made up story saying someone just buy it online. They will give me the same white color car with same options. I was hesitated to sign the contract, they too pushy I ended up sign. After I signed the car is not available. After signing, I noticed there were no options were wrote on the contract. He said I can't cancel it either. It is total RIP off and hassle. They show me totally different car, but gave to me different car. Alex, they say something, but do another. About the car, I received the car a week later. Then found out it is missing some screws at the trunk. The Lane Departure Alert is not function properly. I tried to drove over the lane. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. As well as PCS. It make sounds when another car still far away, then I stepped on break. Its totally stop and the car in the back almost hit me. Moreover, I just have the car for 2 months, the break already acting up and make some noise. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. It was BAD EXPERIENCE for me to buy the car. JUST HOPE YOU ALL DON'T HAVE SAME EXPERIENCE AS I DID. More

GET IT IN WRITING Double check and GET IN WRITING what exactly you are wanting on the car. My wife and I asked 5 specific times for a roof rack but when the car arrived Double check and GET IN WRITING what exactly you are wanting on the car. My wife and I asked 5 specific times for a roof rack but when the car arrived... no roof rack. How much to add? $1500! Very disappointing. We feel SCAMMED. David in sales and his boss Buckey will nod their heads yes, and then not follow through. Frank the sales manager barely tried to resolve and just checked off the boxes for "yeah, I followed up". Griff in finance is nice but unfortunately our request was lost in translation. Jeanee is the customer service rep. Her and Griff truly seem nice but could not help. I have record of seven separate calls and me stopping by with my new car, over a 10 day period with no help at all. I love Toyota and have always bought them but will definitely be going to another dealership from now on. Try Toyota of Orange. Much more honest and sincere. More
