Well, it was time to turn it in and after going over our options, we decided on leasing a 2014 Camry SE. WOW, what a car. I was so impressed I decided to purchase one for myself (trading in a 2010 Charger). They were easy to work with and made a fair offer on the Charger even though I was somewhat upside down. Overall, I would highly recommend them as overall, there main priority is making the customer happy by putting them in a brand new car with a deal that is fair for both sides (realistically, they need to make some money too.) We conducted alot of on-line research before we purchased our Highlander. Manny came on on top, therefore earned our business. From the very beginning he was attentive to answering my e-mail questions before our Highlander. Manny came on on top, therefore earned our business. This meant so much to us because we had gathered most of the information (including Pricing) about the vehicle before we went in. This definately saved time on the day. Manny has a very nice demeanor, he was very informative, yet not too pushy. We could tell that he enjoys his job. He crunched the numbers for us that very very close to what we asked for. The prices in Gosch Toyota are competitive, this is a hugh factor nowadays because families have many bills to foot and limited budgets. We would not hesitate to recommend Manny to anyone. Jessica is an electronic genious - this was awesome for us "electronically challenged" folks. James was very thorough with the Finance Paperwork and got us through quickly. Overall, a great experience would return for a future purchase. BTW, we really like the vehicle. More

Gosch Toyota dealership in Hemet CA is completely dishonest. They would not honor the price for car that they advertised on multiple websites. They falsely advertise, denying the advertisement was theirs and said the listing was for another car even though the VIN # on all of the advertisements match the actual car at the dealership and on the main website of the dealership. They use a tactic of listing cars for different prices on a variety of websites to try and entice customers. Once you show up in person they refuse to stand by the listed pricing. They treat customers as if they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. The entire staff is completely unprofessional using vulgar language when you don’t agree to their shenanigans. More

I used the Truecar.com buying program in order to find a new 2014 Prius Plug in. However. Truecar.com referred me to a dealership significantly farther away than Gosch Toyota. Not only to accept the same deal at Moss Toyota was giving me, but also give me what I wanted for my trade in. when I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Emilio who answered all my questions, was very professional, and seemed genuinely concerned I was satisfied! Soon after, Emilio who finished the deal for me. Emilio was also outstanding! No pressure! No haggling over price! I was given everything I asked for! I was also very impressed at the customer service! One very nice lady came out and showed my wife and I the owner's manuals, how to work vehicle controls, and even program Toyota roadside assistance on our phones!!! Remarkable!!!! I have NEVER received this type of courtesy at a dealership in the past! I will recommend Gosh Toyota to anybody! More

My wife and I brought our 2013 Toyota Highlander in for it's 15,000 mile service and while waiting for it decided to walk around and see what the 2014's looked like. Jeff came out and introduced himself an it's 15,000 mile service and while waiting for it decided to walk around and see what the 2014's looked like. Jeff came out and introduced himself and we told him we were looking at all the new models for 2014 while we waited for our Highlander to be serviced and we were not looking to purchase a vehicle because ours was only 10 month's old. Jeff brought reponded with "thats fine, but let me show you around while you wait" We mentioned to Jeff that we had a 2010 Toyota that we both liked and that we had traded it in for the Highlander. We told Jeff how much we missed and enjoyed the Sienna. Jeff then brought us over to where the Sienna's are located and showed us several models. One of them, the Salsa Red Pearl caught my wife's eye so Jeff began to show us all of the features that it had. After a several questions asked by my wife, oh I had a couple too, my wife decided we should buy this vehicle if the price was right and the trade in on our Highlander was good, all this and we hadn't even test drove the vehicle! After we test drove it we sat down and went over the numbers with Jeff and his manager. After we all had agreed to the sales price and trade in price the contract was signed! We drove in with a 2013 Highlander and drove out with a 2014 Sienna which we both love. I have to add this, I we have been loyal Toyota owners since 1987 and have had dealings with several dealerships in CA, HI and TX. and have had nice experience's in both the service & sales department, but never at the same time. Here at Gosch Toyota in Hemet that changed. Our dealings with BOTH the service and sales departments was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced at all of the other dealerships! Would we recommend Gosch to anyone...in a heartbeat. We look forward to returning to Gosch with our new Sienna for it' first 5,000 mile service and meeting with our new "old" friends. There were others who treated us lkie Jeff did but we don't remember thiere names because there was so many. GREAT job by a 5 star group! More
