Great service, great people! I recently brought in my 2007 Highlander for its 5,000 mile service and inspection. Darrin Guy and the rest of the service crew have taken care of us I recently brought in my 2007 Highlander for its 5,000 mile service and inspection. Darrin Guy and the rest of the service crew have taken care of us since we bought the car 2 years ago. This time around, the mechanic noticed several areas under the car that had evidence of leakage, including the transfer case and rack and pinion unit. As I was about to go into sticker shock from the cost of repair, Darrin reminded me that we had purchased the extended warranty and that the repairs should be covered. Long story short, he had the adjuster come in, okay the repairs on Monday, and I had my car back good as new on Wednesday. They even covered the cost of a rental vehicle! Darron and the rest of the employees at Gosch Auto Group have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional to my wife and I. Customer for life! More

First car accident and wasn't sure what to expect I couldn't have been more happy about the results and how safe I felt after getting my car back. Shady Salesmen, Uneducated Technicians I work in sales, and understand that if you're selling a quality product - you don't need to lie. However, Saul Rodriguez doesn't seem to understand this. I was given approximately 2 minutes to test drive my Camry, which was running on fumes in terms of gas. I should have known better since I am a salesmen myself, but he was so quick to rush me into my decision. He made me feel like this was the only car I could get approved for. The morning after my purchase, I went to start my vehicle and NADA. It turns out the technicians (who also seem to be incompetent) had crossed a wire under the dash where they removed an aftermarket alarm (the car had to be towed to the dealership). Instead of being told the truth, Saul lied about this and gave me some hocus pocus story. I only found out the truth when I viewed my service records online, I couldn't get anyone at the dealership to tell me the truth. Now almost exactly a month after my purchase, my transmission is slipping. They didn't want to flush the fluid, and only did after I complained and complained. Turns out it was sold to me with BLACK TRANSMISSION FLUID. Toyota is required to perform a very extensive inspection, which they failed to do in this case. Oh and my service advisor, Darren, left me sit in the lobby for an hour after my car was complete. I'm so distraught about the issues I'm having and dissatisfied with the very poor level of service I've received. I've contacted TOYOTA directly to make a complaint for this dealership. If this car gives me one more single issue, I'm getting a lawyer because The Lemon Law is a very real thing. More
