I have bought numerous cars from Dale and he has always been very outstanding with all the details of the car I was buying at the time and he did not fail to do the same with my daughters car. We were greeted by an incompetent Internet Sales Manager - Steve Crooked salesmanship Purchasing my third Toyota was by far the worst experience. We were greeted by an incompetent Internet Sales Manager - Steve Kendricks. He did not have any answers/informations regarding any of the vehicles. With every question we had his response was “let me go find out, I’ve only been back for a week.” We get it but a week is sufficient amount of time for product knowledge especially for having a tenure of 10 years. Furthermore, as we engaged in negotiations we were presented by a slouchy demeanor and “I don’t know” answers. It may behoove to find out. As we moved on to the Sales Manager - Sonny Rosete, we proceeded to final agreement on the terms from our chosen credit union of $X.xx/month at 3.79% for 84 months. Sonny made sure to let us know that he had to struggle to reconfigure the numbers to get this sale. He presented the payment plan to us in a convincing fashion. What he didn’t let us know was to qualify for this term was to have a purchase of over $25k. Finally, working with the Financial Manager - Freddy Lopez, he did not allow any of my family in the office even though there we multiple people in his previous engagements. He used this tactic along with speeding through the document signing portion at the end of day in order have me sign a outrageous deal of 6.99% with an additional $50 per month. He made sure to falsely advise me to seek a cut payment from my chosen credit union where I was to supposedly receive a cut check for the vehicle knowing this runaround was done in order to get the outrageous sale completed. My credit union advised that seeking a cut payment is not along normal protocols. Moreover, I did not even qualify for the particular monthly payment that they sold me on in order to make the sale. These crooked salesmen sold me on a term that I did qualify for and snuck in an “Option Plan” that had an increase of $50 for every payment and 6.99%. Bottom line is they knew the figures initially presented to us was NOT a legitimate quote from my credit union. AT NO TIME were any of these details mentioned to me by any of these people.I returned to the dealership to discuss these shady details with other salesmen as the original trio were not on this day. Fortunately for them, there was another option that I qualified for with those terms that we initially agreed upon with another bank. Had this option not be available, there would have been a different outcome. With a clear understanding, I cannot express my disappointment enough. These tactics to mislead the client is extremely mischievous. And the intent there is downright embarrassing. It’s a shame I will have to seek an HONEST Salesmen elsewhere. More

I arrived shortly after to assist my daughter with moral and financial assistance if needed and she was looking at this cute Toyota CH-R 2020 vehicle which she fell in love with after her test drive. Steven Kendrick was very informative with all the details of extended warranties and a pleasure to be around. As we waited for approval we were very entertained in various conversations and that carried on when we finalized everything with the finance person Freddy. This is one of the best experiences we have had with purchasing a car! More

Took my Toyota Tacoma to Gosch service a year and a half ago when check engine light came on. They told us we needed a new gas cap...$329 for that gas cap Plus labor. So check engine light comes on 4 mont ago when check engine light came on. They told us we needed a new gas cap...$329 for that gas cap Plus labor. So check engine light comes on 4 months later and were told it needs all the vacuum lines replaced which would be 1200$ but if it’s running okay “don’t worry about it”. So...need to get registration which includes smog so check engine light can’t be on. Call Gosch and replacing vacuum lines is now 2200$. Took it to an auto parts store and it diagnosed as gas cap...18$ later...passed smog no problem. All lines were perfect no leaks. Be vary careful when seeking repairs. More
We came to Gosch Toyota on Friday for my parents to buy a new Camry and we were greeted by Ricky. Successful Meeting My daughter recently purchased a new Toyota Prius at Gosch Toyota in Hemet. There was a minor misunderstanding regarding the transaction. I scheduled a meeting with Reagan Bendeck, General Sales Manager. Reagan is a true professional and is very good at his job. He had various solutions prepared for our meeting and we quickly resolved the matter in a very friendly and timely manner. We are very happy with the experience and we absolutely will return to Gosch Toyota in the future. All of the personnel involved in the transaction, Sean, Johan, Steve, and David, were all very friendly and knowledgeable. More

Gosch Toyota made good on their promise to me and I'm very happy and content with my interaction and plan on recommending my friends and family as well. ) I was very clearly lied to when the salesmen told me the dealership would pay for my out of state registration and plates, otherwise, there would've been no reason for me to purchase out of state. Well, they clearly lied to me and when I brought this to their attention, they did NOTHING to resolve their mistake, their lies and misleading in order to sell a truck. I couldn't be more disappointed I purchased my 2020 tacoma from Gosch Hemet. Anyone with some respect for themselves will stay away from this bad business. Don't make the same mistake I made. xxx More
