My son's vehicle was broken into & was forced do go to dealer because a dealer part,it took 3 days to get window fixed so he lost time off of work & over charged for labor & not offered & loaner vehicle o dealer because a dealer part,it took 3 days to get window fixed so he lost time off of work & over charged for labor & not offered & loaner vehicle or a shuttle ride home. There was poor communication on the process of the repair & labor was overcharged. Unfortunately this is why people steer away from dealerships, inspection questions where not filled out. More
