In additon to issues reported to me with the car,there were other issues with the car that was brought to my attention from another mechanic. There were no fluids in the car at all. My 2008 Prius’ master warning light suddenly went on including the engine and the hybrid system warning light. I just had to bring it in with no appointment. I took a chance to take it to Toyota of Hack including the engine and the hybrid system warning light. I just had to bring it in with no appointment. I took a chance to take it to Toyota of Hackensack, got there a little after 3 pm. The mechanics traced the problem but the parts would take 2 days. It would be detrimental to the other car components if I continued to drive it. Instead Toyota gave me a loaner. When it was fixed I got a call promptly but I was not rushed to retuning the loaner as I was given until 7 pm, well enough time for me to finish from work. Excellent service I would say. More
