They just call me now and they told me that they will charge me 1000$ to fix my car I was surprised why I have to pay extra 1000$ Toyota Hackensack is not a place to service our car

Thank you for your feedback. You came to us to service your vehicle on Friday. Our understanding is that your experienced an issue with your transmission on Monday. General servicing of your vehicle does not involve your transmission. Transmission like any other part can go bad at anytime. As a courtesy, we offered to assist you in regards to the transmission issue. We offered to replace a part and if it resolved the issue you were experiencing, you would only be responsible for the cost of the part. If the part did not remedy the issue, then you would not be responsible for the repair. According to our service department, you turned down the offer for us to assist you.

I was in the service lounge all the time. I have been doing my car service in this place for almost 10 years and all the time they call my cell phone this time no one called and I have to go the front desk to ask for my car.
