It all started pretty good. An appointment was scheduled and the rep was pretty cordial. When I got to the service area, waited over 5 hours for a very misleading diagnostic rep An appointment was scheduled and the rep was pretty cordial. When I got to the service area, waited over 5 hours for a very misleading diagnostic report. The service re told me it “ would cost 10’s of thousands of dollars” to repair the vehicle. I just got my car repaired, total cost was$1100, it runs great, and I’m happy!! More

Marissa, the service writer was terrific. She made me aware of all issues that needed to be addressed. Frank worked on my car and ended up telling me that I didn’t need spark plugs after all!
