I brought my car for oil change, headlight, new key fob. 4 hrs later, I left with a jammed back door due to the lift from pile change. Calls to headquarters, and most likely will get taken further. Manager states that he saw nothing wrong in the 4 hr video when he had less than 15 min to take a look I was treated as if I was looking for something free. I am a nurse, and get paid very well. It’s sad that I had to come to the point of defending myself when I’m the victim. If you can’t trust a Toyota rep., who will you trust? Now I have to waste more time to get an estimate, and see how I’m going to fix the door that was working just fine prior to entering that place!! I gave them something to fix, not something to damage!!! More

The receptionist had a major attitude which now a days such behavior is just not okay or acceptable. In addition, the service took over 5 hrs to complete.
