For the expirience of the first time purchase at this particular dealershipi would have to say a completely average interaction,they did run five hard inquries on my credit. People are not transparent in providing information. I got the car serviced on November and it was very close to six months maintenance. Multipoint inspection was done at that time but denied it was not I got the car serviced on November and it was very close to six months maintenance. Multipoint inspection was done at that time but denied it was not done when I called the service center this December for tyre pressure alarm on the dash board. I understood the reason was to add more labor charges. This is really bad. On top of it, six month maintenance label on the windshield was not changed. This shows the seriousness in your job. I really doubt the quality of the work done at your service center. More

Went for service. Received an estimate that was 2x more than it should have been. Paid 180 dollars for them.to look at it. Went elsewhere and paid the correct price.
