Toyota of Hackensack responded

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the service department does face a higher amount of activity during the Holiday season. It's not our intention to not be responsive during higher volume service days. It just becomes more difficult to dedicate the same amount level of attentiveness as we are accustomed to during the times the service department is most busy. We shall endeavor in the future to be more responsive with service clients. Thank you for your business!
