They sold me a car that had an oil leak after they promised me it was fixed. I then brought it back to them 3 more times, each time they returned it saying the problem was fixed and each time it wasn' promised me it was fixed. Person who took my car at the very beginning was pleasant and efficient. Two receptionists were speaking Spanish to each other, and seemed fairly uninterested and indifferent. Joe was adequate but seemed tir and efficient. Two receptionists were speaking Spanish to each other, and seemed fairly uninterested and indifferent. Joe was adequate but seemed tired and bored, and he failed to apply my coupon to the price of my service, even after I showed it to him, and he assured me that he would take care of it. I asked him some questions about my service going forward, and he did answer those questions adequately. When the service was done, I was advised to consider changing some filters in my car, and I feel that based on my mileage, it was probably a bit early to consider that. I always feel like the dealership is trying to sell me something I don't necessarily need. This may not be true, but I'm basing it on experiences I've had in the past. I appreciate straightforward and honest advice, especially in these times of inflation, when we're all having to be careful about what we're spending. We all like to feel respected, and like the people we're dealing with have our best interests at heart. This creates trust and loyalty, and in the long run, you'll make just as much money! More
