After 2 days at the Service Center they did not solve the problem with the car... the car was taken to Hudson Toyota where they finally found and solved the problem that the car had.. More

Thank you for your feedback. According to the conversation we had with our service director, the alternator on your vehicle was functioning correctly when you visited us. Our understanding is that you then proceeded to visit Hudson Toyota and had the alternator replaced. We are not sure if this resolved the issue you were experiencing? If this did not resolve the issue you were experiencing with your vehicle, it would seem that the alternator may have been unnecessarily replaced?

Completed job in reasonable amount of time even though I didn't have appointment. Waiting room experience was weird and annoying with loud singing lady who said she made Toyota her second home. More
