If you have a concern, you certainly have a right to voice i even if the vehicle is checked into service. Communication is often a two way road, so the more vocal you are the more responsive we can be. In regards to wait times, our aim is to have a customer out of service as soon as possible. That often depends on how busy the service department is. Unfortunately, when the service department is busy wait times often are longer than normal. We certainly do appreciate your patience in waiting.

The issue maybe more connected with the fact that you have put on a substantial amount of miles within a short period of time. We have made every attempt to resolve the issue including trading you out of your vehicle. You are right, you tried to do it while I still was under warranty, now that I'm out of warranty I have to pay who knows how much to repair a NEW car. I bought a new car from toyota to avoid having to spend my money on repairs in a used car and have peace of mind, which I don't have. Trying to get me in a new car, trading in my car and paying double what I owe is not helping, anybody with a car can trade it in. Helping could be trying to get Toyota USA to fix the car or even the dealer, and not letting your customers pay for a defective NEW car. YOU CAN NOT LET YOUR CUSTOMERS TO TAKE THE HIT FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THEY BOUGHT FROM A PRESTIGIOUS BRAND.

Hi Mr. Garcia, we have done everything possible to resolve the issue you described including replacing the brake free of charge. Your complaint is regarding a sound you here when braking and so far we have not been able to reproduce the sound you described during your multiple visits. This by no means indicates the vehicle is "defective." We can only diagnose a problem if it happens while we are in possession of the vehicle. We have not been able to reproduce your experience. You are certainly welcome to speak to Toyota Corporate, but our dealership has provided nothing but excellent service in regards to your vehicle and I feel that your negative review is unwarranted.

Totally wrong, they were able to reproduce the noise several times and it is in my history, you probably just read 1 or 2 that's why you don't know, if I was able to add attachments I would show you. But don't worry wasting my time with me. I'm solving my problem with real management people.
