HORRENDOUS BEWARE!!! I seriously think they have friends putting up phony reviews!!!! SERIOUSLY BEWARE!!!! They run your credit through 3 different credit BEWARE!!! I seriously think they have friends putting up phony reviews!!!! SERIOUSLY BEWARE!!!! They run your credit through 3 different creditors which will bring down your credit score tremendously. They do this without consent. I bought a certified RAV4 that I immediately noticed drivers chair was broken. They agreed to order the part and fix it. As they are driving the car out after purchase, I noticed a plug in one of the tires. Their response was too bad for me. YES, THEY CALL THUS CERTIFIED!!! I take the car to NY inspection and am told car needs brakes and totters. Once again, dealership says too bad for me. In addition, the stereo speaker goes complete out at times or the volume magically gets very low than suddenly very loud. Dealership sees no issue. But, while they were checking, managed to scratch the windshield from top to bottom and admitted it was not there when the car was brought in. Nick was supposed to call me a week ago in regards to replacing it. He's still looking for my number. More

They are helpful good service I went to drop off my car without appointment as my windshield spray is not working. They excepted even I have no appointment which is good. terrible customer service! I'm confused- are they doing me a favor or I'm a paying customer? My mother services her vehicle here frequently. Most of the time I bring it in for her, and I keep coming back here because of my mother, is adamant that her vehicle is serviced in a certified dealership. Hackensack is the closest to us. I'm so unpleased with the service here I decided to write this review as I wait for my vehicle. To Be honest I rather drive the 30 minutes to Englewood Cliffs than to be treated like a second class citizen here. When I've come here the valet is the only ones that treat you like a person. They even greet you with a smile!! Here's where it goes down hill; Johanna- the receptionist is the rudest one of them all, she's always upset or I don't know what's going on with her. I understand people may have a bad day, but this woman has NEVER greeted me, let alone was welcoming. We'll go back to our last service visit. The advisor wrote us up, we sat in the waiting area we decided waiting wasn't a good idea. My mother and I went up to Johannas desk and my mother asked if they had a shuttleI in Spanish. She looked at my mother and said I quote verbatim "I don't speak Spanish". I JUST witnessed her interact and order her lunch with her co-worker IN SPANISH. The audacity of this woman to decline services of making my mothers experience here a pleasant and easier one - to a PAYING customer. I am almost certain this woman was hired because she is BILINGUAL, it's ludicrous. Service advisors are on the same scale as their receptionist, they barely want to make eye contact with you, almost as if they're doing you a favor. The only time they look at you and smile is to tell you about the survey (ZEROS ACROSS THE BOARD). I will say this there's an older gentleman (an advisor) nicest one I've dealt with. More
