Bad new car My car had a problem with the brakes, they tried to fix it around 10 times and the problem still there. Last time they said it was my fault because ho My car had a problem with the brakes, they tried to fix it around 10 times and the problem still there. Last time they said it was my fault because how I drive which is weird because I never had a problem with any new car I had. So now warranty is gone and I have to pay to fix my new car. Plus after the last time they fixed it a new noise came from the suspension. Worst buy ever. More

Horrible service I took my Lexus RX 350 for 15000 mile service there after a day or two oil leak was all over my driveway. I called back and complained, they told me g I took my Lexus RX 350 for 15000 mile service there after a day or two oil leak was all over my driveway. I called back and complained, they told me gasket was pinched. Now my breaks are making noise, I called again they said they did not do anything with breaks just tire rotations. I am afaried to take car back there. I would not recemend this place to anyone. This was my first time here but I wont go back there. My daughter just her licence, was thinking about getting toyota for her after service experince I will never go there ever again. More

Olga was the best Olga was my service advisor and she was extremely knowledgeable not only what was to be done on my vehicle but other areas out of her job description. Olga was my service advisor and she was extremely knowledgeable not only what was to be done on my vehicle but other areas out of her job description. Such as I had questions regarding extended warranty, etc and she provided everything bit of information I needed. They don't do anything in regular services. I bought brand new Toyota Rav4 2016. The car comes with 5 free services. So for my last service, I went to Toyota of Hackensack, they did the full ser I bought brand new Toyota Rav4 2016. The car comes with 5 free services. So for my last service, I went to Toyota of Hackensack, they did the full service and they told me your car is good to go. Two weeks later, there was a sound from brakes of my car, so I went back to see what was wrong. They kept me there for another two hours and told me that my brakes need to be changed. So my question to them is what did they do in prior service? Two weeks ago my brakes were fine and two weeks later, they told me I need to immediately change my brakes because they were one mm thick. When I asked them to explain this, they said oh they probably forgot to look at your brakes. One thing I realized is that they don't actually look at your car at all. The worst service ever. Probably never going there again. More
