You service my c Your technicians and staff are nice and professional but I never get out of there is less than3 hours no matter how small the repair. You service my car on July 3rd including replacing the brake pads. On July 5th the check tier light came on. It was intermittent for a few days and then on consistently even though the tire pressure read ok. I work out of state so I had to put up with this until I could get back to the dealership on July 19. A pin on the sensor was bent, you did the repair for free (probably because it happened when you were working on the car) but it took over three hours. I only found out the car was done when I went back to the service advisor for a status update and he informed me the car was ready but he needed to complete the paperwork. It was 15 more minutes before I got out of there. You have been our dealership for years. I probably will not change but you need to clean the wait time issue up. More
