I had my 1st service appointment for my new C-HR on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30pm. I usually dread taking my car in for services as it always seems to take all day. It was very busy but my service provider was great in making sure my appointment time was honored, and I wasn't there for more than an hour. They even threw in a car wash as well. Horrible service. We brought it in to add a remote start, tried calling multiple times to find out the status and we get there, after much complication of arranging not having a car for the day, to find out tried calling multiple times to find out the status and we get there, after much complication of arranging not having a car for the day, to find out that they didnt have the right part. No one called us. Not only that, but I asked them for an estimate on something and they didn't do that, or install my license plates like they were supposed to.
