Toyota of Hackensack is a great dealer. I bought a 2018 Prius Four Touring from them and am happily trading it in soon for a 2021 model. Unfortunately this was my worst customer service experience yet. I've had mediocre service at this location before but I try to stay with a dealership service center in general. Appointments are unimportant as you will still wait 2+ hours for a simple oil change. I was rushed out the door (granted it was closing time) without any explanation or review of what services were completed/not completed. Very little to no attention to customer service at this location. More
