I’m Very Upset. I keep having a problem with the Rats eating my wires, on my car. This is the third time I brought my car in for the samething. None of the Mechanics or workers can tell me what to do to eating my wires, on my car. This is the third time I brought my car in for the samething. None of the Mechanics or workers can tell me what to do to stop this from happening. They look at me like a deep in headlights. I have spent close to $2,000 to keep getting my car fix. Had a 11:30 appointment for routine maintenance and service a sensor issue kept waiting for over 2 hours with out a word, when I asked the status I was told they are looking at it, took another 45 minu service a sensor issue kept waiting for over 2 hours with out a word, when I asked the status I was told they are looking at it, took another 45 minutes to tell me that they can't fix that I need to come back so I scheduled an appointment for 10 a few days later only to be told that the appointment was never scheduled now on second Day I am again waiting for over 3 hours when I told only another 30 mins an hour ago I called ahead and explained the issue and informed the person who checked me in the issue why was I not told they couldn't fix because the person was not there why does it take over 6 hours to fix a simple sensor issue that " happens all the time" More
