With appointment and took 3 hours for oil change . I’ve been going to east coast Toyota for 8 years never took me more than 1 hour. i was having a problem with 2 of my wheels that they still under warranty i had to wait 3 days to get an appointment so i could use my car for 3 days when i went there i expected to have the 2 wheels r still under warranty i had to wait 3 days to get an appointment so i could use my car for 3 days when i went there i expected to have the 2 wheels replaced as they are still under warranty they replaced only one and the advisor keep insisting that the other wheel is fine i took the car and still have that noise on the defective wheel that i was told it does not need replacement i am very disappointed that after waiting 3 days and over 2 Hours in the deanship my issue was NOT FIXED More
I was very unhappy with the service the past three times I went to Toyota. I had to ask about the problems myself and I had to ask for further explanation because my service provider did not explain the iss I went to Toyota. Whenever I asked for further explanation the provider was rude and impatient, rolling his eyes. When the day came for me to pick up my car I was told that the issue was something else and he went ahead and gave the okay to continue without informing me. my family has been going to Toyota for many years now and have always received a loyalty discount. However, we were told this was not possible. I do not think we will be returning again. More
