when the car was finished with service I sat inside and the driver's seat was totally out of position. I still can't get it right and its day 2. The service department is a little chaotic. When I went there for a scheduled service, the entrance road was blocked due to construction and there were no signage outside on where to proceed. Once I was a there for a scheduled service, the entrance road was blocked due to construction and there were no signage outside on where to proceed. Once I was able to reach the service area and find someone to assist me, I was directed to the reception area which was cramped with customers waiting. I had to wait longer than expected to get my car serviced which took almost 2 hours which normally takes 1 hour in other places. Even after the car was done, I was told my car is parked outside. When I got inside my car, I couldn’t find my keys. Eventually, somebody approached me to bring me my keys. It was just a confusing experience overall. More
