They sold me a defective truck. They blamed rodent eating the wires. 1 yr later the the wiring went again and they blamed rodent eating the wires again. They promised me photos. They blamed rodent eating the wires. 1 yr later the the wiring went again and they blamed rodent eating the wires again. They promised me photos. Never received them. I made second request and still haven’t received the photos. One week later after they “fixed” the wirering for the second time, the lights on the dashboard were back on. I’ll never go there again and I will continue to tell everyone how badly they treated me and sold me a defective vehicle. More

I was assigned a service rep who seemed disengaged and unresponsive to my follow-up attempts after a mechanic left a voicemail recommending urgent repairs. Despite calling and texting, I received no reply unresponsive to my follow-up attempts after a mechanic left a voicemail recommending urgent repairs. Despite calling and texting, I received no reply. When I arrived an hour before closing to pick up my car, there was no visible staff available to assist or process the additional work, which left me no choice but to seek repairs elsewhere. This was disappointing, especially given my long-standing loyalty and the distance I travel to use this dealership. More
