This first started few weeks ago, when I had a flat tire. AAA came and changed the tire. I was there when he did it. He did it all by hand. No power tool. I came into Hackensack to get a tire plugged or a new tire if necessary. I got a new tire. This past Sunday I got a flat again. I called AAA to change the tire. The person that came, couldn't change the tire but the wheel lock was damaged. He said he believes someone at Toyota must have used a power tool on the lock and damaged it. Because of that I had to pay to get my car towed to Hackensack. My own money. I missed work in the morning because of waiting for the tow truck. If I don't work, I don't make money. The tow truck came to take the car and I took an Uber to work. More money out of my pocket. If I had the donut put on I wouldn't have to miss work. Trying to know what's going on with my car, yesterday I had to call in myself. No one called me. No update or any communication unless I called. Finally speaking to Joseph, he told me I would have to get another new tire, which is understandable. Then I asked him about the wheel lock. He said he will check it out and get back to me. He didn't. I came in at 4pm to get my car. I was paying and I asked the lady if I was charged for a new wheel lock. She said no. I asked to speak to Joseph. Finally when I spoke to him, he first said nothing is wrong with it, HE SAID THE GUYS DON'T USE POWER TOOLS... which makes no sense. Also said the AAA guy probably damaged it. I told him that is literally impossible. I was there when both guys were changing my tires and they use their hands not a power tool. They used the tools that came with my car in the trunk. I said I need to get a new set of wheel locks so this doesn't happen again because I'm not paying for a tow truck to bring the car back if I do get another flat and I'm not paying for the wheel lock. He then changed his story and said wheel locks could be defective...either way he said to call him Wednesday(tomorrow) to see if the wheel lock, he says, he going to order today comes in. And I left. More

Wanted to trade in an older Toyota Corolla and buy the Highlander. My wife and I came in today, 10/5, around 10:30 AM and were met with Jose. He was absolutely uninterested and un-engaged and borderline Highlander. My wife and I came in today, 10/5, around 10:30 AM and were met with Jose. He was absolutely uninterested and un-engaged and borderline rude. I asked him if there were any discounts/specials and he looked at me with puzzled eyes and replied "There are sales? No, we sit down and negotiate" and then he walked away. His behavior was one of "I don't care". Going to another dealership! Now I get an email asking if they have resolved the issue.
