I have always found the service department to be fast, efficient and attentive. This time around, I brought my Prius in because of a hybrid system failure warning caused by mice chewing the wiring - $8000 efficient and attentive. This time around, I brought my Prius in because of a hybrid system failure warning caused by mice chewing the wiring - $8000 damage!! I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership in the past 10 or 12 years. The reason being that the service department does a good job and I appreciate that!
