Another issue- when I asked if I could return to my car to get my house keys which were on the same ring as my car key & remote... I was asked for my paperwork which I was NOT given. I had to return to customer service to get a copy which had the number assigned to my vehicle. I do not have name(s) of the employees at the dealership.

Of course. I have to return to the parts department on Monday to pick-up an oxygen sensor part that needs to be replaced in my car. The service in your parts department was excellent. I even got a call this morning to let me know the part was in. Thank you for your interest.

Finally got the plates on 3/19 after the old plates expired on 3/17. While they did issue me a new temp plate after leaving a lot of messages on a vmail no one answers and being told to just go ahead and drive around with the expired ones I did have to threaten to call NJ Consumer Affairs and my State AG and a Lawyer to get them to issue a new set of temp tags . While I can understand getting the plates is a process the issue was on their end and should have been cleared up before they sold the car.All in all I would not buy another car from this dealer. I do have to say Jay was a big help and if it wasn't for him reaching out because of the review here who knows how long this would have took .

They didn't fix the issue the first time; now, they don't have a rental car to fix the issue again. Really bad service More
