Thank you for your feedback. Not sure who you had requested information from in regards to the type of oil used during your service? Typically such questions are best answered by the service writers or technicians. If you still need the type of oil, we can certainly provide it if you could disclose the name under which the vehicle was serviced. As far as the plastic covering the drivers seat, the valets traditionally remove the plastic when pulling up your vehicle under the carport. Did a valet bring the vehicle to the carport when the service was finished? As far as masking of our employees, as a business we will follow the mandate set forth by the Governor and the State of NJ. As of March 7th "In New Jersey, face masks are no longer required in most outdoor and indoor settings. Face masks, social distancing, and other safety measures are still required in high-risk areas such as healthcare settings, public transportation, correctional facilities, and homeless shelters."

In regards to the paint, I can double check to see if there has been any response from Corporate. What name was the vehicle purchased under?
