I would beware about requesting for your car back at a certain time, because they keep your car hostage until they completely fix your car on their own time. They will lie to you about timing. If you have a job you must get to on time, it's best you take a few days off just to be safe. Once they start working on your car, they don't want you to take it back and return it for fixing it on your own schedule. Despite my car being promised at a said time, I was lied to, and it was given 45 minutes later. More
