I asked the receptionist that, I don’t want to deal with Joe, as my last two times dealt with him it was a horrible experience, so she sent me to Dana, but later on I found Joe calling me and he got my car. I scoured the continental U. S. for this car (Prius Prime in Blue Magnetism), long story longer - all the dealers where between $7,000 & $10,000 above MSRP if they even had them i S. for this car (Prius Prime in Blue Magnetism), long story longer - all the dealers where between $7,000 & $10,000 above MSRP if they even had them in stock! Toyota of Hackensack was actually LAST on a long list of dealers I contacted. The only dealer that came close on pricing was 4 hrs away up in Saratoga Springs, NY. Toyota of Hackensack accommodated my preferences and with a some under-promising and over delivering I had the car within 2 weeks at much less than what the other dealers where asking. Also Jim Loscalzo was beyond helpful in making this sale a reality for me, extremely informative and an overall great guy. More

The sales experience was excellent. Now for the demerits: The temporary rear license plate should be held by two screws, the dealer used or tightened only one. The plate fell off Now for the demerits: The temporary rear license plate should be held by two screws, the dealer used or tightened only one. The plate fell off on the highway. The vehicle was purchased with 7500 miles. It needed an oil change which the dealer did not perform. There were no covers on the valve stems. Details matter…especially the oil change, because we immediately drove it to Iowa and back. That would have been 10,000 miles without an oil change on a new car! More
