The amazing staff at Toyota of Hackensack saved me and my working dogs while on a road trip when my van's alternator died. They got me in as an emergency, had the part in stock, arranged for a tech to instal working dogs while on a road trip when my van's alternator died. They got me in as an emergency, had the part in stock, arranged for a tech to install it even though late in the day, all while letting my 3 dogs and I camp under their awning outside. Everyone there was super nice, positive, helpful, with a 'can do' attitude, which made my unplanned vehicle drama less stressful. I wasn't in a position to leave the car as I was driving through NJ on my way to a search & rescue dog seminar that started the next morning in CT. While I waited, many employees came out to meet the 2 adult dogs and my 5 month old puppy. It was a pleasure all around talking and dealing with the staff there and I can't thank them enough for saving us like they did!! Special thank you to Marissa Giordano, Mike Gaige, Gil Ortiz, and Bobby Giordano. You all are amazing and that community is so lucky to have such a fantastic Toyota dealership to take their cars to. I wish I lived closer as I'd be a customer for life there! More
