I was at Toyota Hackensack for oil change, alignment and overall inspection. The service Advisor Marissa Giordano was highly professional. Most importantly, the staff that handled my car used 4 new tire valve covers after I had lost them many months ago. It had a wonderful satisfying experience. Though I live in the bronx NY .
