Overall, great experience at the dealership as a whole. Everyone seemed pretty welcoming. Everyone seemed knowledgeable. My salesperson, Miriam, was top notch in terms of customer service, knowledge, and help with acquiring my first adult car. The only thing I wish was explained more before making any final decisions was the optional extended warranty packages compared to Toyota’s manufacture warranties. Other than that, Miriam was very personable and understanding of my various questions and concerns. I wouldn’t have asked for anyone else to have helped me during the process of this huge decision. I would recommend her services to anyone I know that is looking for a car. More
