I recently purchased a car from Toyota of Hackensack and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, my salesman, Jeff, was great. However, I was disappointed with the dealership's unwillingness to negotiate on the price. Despite the dealership's older appearance suggesting it might offer more savings, the negotiation process was quite rigid. I had hoped for a bit more flexibility considering the dealership's age and appearance, which gave off a more budget-friendly vibe. Overall, while Jeff provided excellent service, the dealership's firm stance on pricing was a letdown. If you're looking for a straightforward buying experience and a great salesman, ask for Jeff. But if you're hoping for significant price negotiations, you might want to manage your expectations. More

Everyone is very friendly, not very efficient, except for the lady at the front desk There seems to be a lack of knowledge poor performance and terrible customer service in the parts department. Issues: When I dropped the car I was told around 3 hours. It took almost 6 New tires installed, but inflation pressure was WAY off: Spec was 35/33 PSI (front/rear). Tires were inflated to 45 psi all hours. It took almost 6 New tires installed, but inflation pressure was WAY off: Spec was 35/33 PSI (front/rear). Tires were inflated to 45 psi all around. If they can’t even get tire pressure right I have doubts about other work that was done. More
