I also visited spitzer Toyota to test drive a limited 4Runner and when I said I needed time to think the sales guy sprung up from the table angry I wasn't going to buy on the spot so that purchase obviously wasn't happening! Maria helped guide me through the extended warranties which was really helpful I have total peace of mind in this purchase. I have never spent more than $17k on a vehicle and was nervous to leap into a new payment bracket but I love my 4 runner and will reccomend this dealership to anyone! ThAnk you!!!! More

The only complaint would be the long wait the day we picked up the car due to the finances not going through fast. I was not aware of certain university items I needed to get the rebate ahead of time so that added about 45 minutes to the process. Overall, very friendly and great dealer to work with! More

Second vehicle purchased here. Was told that all my concerns will be adressed salesman knew very little about the Tundra I had purchased. I was given tires 2 sizes small then tag on door specified ,antifreeze level was low instead of filling it to make me happy I got a excuse why it was low.I had to figure out how to sync phone to Bluetooth. She did not pressure me and recommended test driving 3 different vehicles allowing me to make an informed decision. Our interaction with the sales manager was candid and fair. Tammy Tocarcik was very thorough and friendly as she processed the warranty, financing, and other paperwork. After purchasing the vehicle Melanie Testa sat with me in the vehicle and explained all of the nuances of the radio, navigation, bluetooth, and other options on my vehicle. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday, she called me on the following Monday and asked I if there were any issues with the vehicle she could help with. I appreciated the follow up.
