I was pleasantly surprised to find that Stefan Roffis was not the type of sales person I have dealt with I normally dislike the car buying experience. There was no pressure to buy, and no up-selling but he was certainly helpful and patient with us. Stefan went out of his way to show us what we wanted to see and had good knowledge of Toyota vehicles. We agreed on a price without games or gimmicks. The Business Office at the dealer was very efficient and again without sales pressure. In the end it was a pleasant buying experience. We are happy with our vehicle and happy with the price! More

Not the same This is my 3th Toyota I purchased at this dealership. When I picked up my new car the car was not washed, cleaned and didn't have a full tank of gas!! This was a 2016 Rava I was very disappointed , I wasn't really all that happy with the salesman. In the beginning he showed little interest in showing me the car I wanted. I had to walk down a big hill to see a few cars and I had high heels on. I feel he showed no respect towards me this is not how my other buying experiences went. Not pleased at all!!
