I started looking for a new vehicle about a month ago. I knew I wanted a Toyota Sienna (I had a 2004 and loved it, but I had 132,000 miles on it). We went back and forth on the package I wanted and she gave me an excellent price. I drove up to Greensboro, talked to Frank and said we'd take the deal. We had our Sienna within a week. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I told my wife I spent more time buying my large screen TV than I did the van! Best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. When my wife and I arrived Frank had everything ready, answered all our questions and made the experience very satisfying. Susan took care of all the paperwork in a matter of minutes. Graham Pickford was excellent to work with. He was honest and tried to answer all questions that I had. I would be happy to work with him again. There are no bargain prices on Prius models but Rice did matc and tried to answer all questions that I had. I would be happy to work with him again. The only negative experience was the sales manager on the day I bought did not want to match the low price, which an earlier sales manager had agreed to do. they actually found and delivered the car 2 weeks earlier than promised! From beginning my research to the delivery of my new Rav4, Rice Toyota is hands down the best there is! They were NEVER pushy and I'd even told them I was looking at other models as well. I was adament about needing more room and David understood that too. He searched until he found what I wanted & was honest with me about when/if he could get it in. Luis got the price quote for me and between the 3 of us... I realized I had my details wrong! They weren't looking for a Rav4 with the 3rd row seat & it was MY fault, but they never waivered. Luis went back to the numbers & David went back on the hunt! Long story short; in less than 1.5 weeks, I had the SUV I wanted with the 3rd row seating at a GREAT price with most of the work done before I even set foot in the dealership! I'd recommend these guys to everyone (or anyone that stops to listen)! More

The experience that I had with Rice Toyota was so depressing. All of the time that I invested and they couldn't even provide the correct paperwork for us to purchase the right vehicle in a no-trade, depressing. Lindsay Graham was an excellent customer liaison but lacked the attention to detail to close the deal. Told me that they would accept a personal check and then after the check was mailed told me that they could not accept a check. Sent out paperwork with the wrong VIN # and the wrong color of car. Not a small mistake by any means. When I told them of the errors that they had committed - I never received any type of follow-up contact. RG Gunderson was pleasantly persistent in offering his help to make our desire to buy a 2010 RAV4 a reality. Even though I had committed to buy a car from Rice Toyota - RG vowed to match their price and offer a Lifetime Warranty. I kept RG on the back burner until Rice completely fouled up the entire deal that was agreed upon by both parties. I quickly contacted RG and the ball was rolling. Exactly one week later I was driving the new car home from Matthews, NC. RG was always a gentlemen and treated me like an intelligent customer. His friendliness plus integrity was a breath of fresh air. I will recommend RG to anyone that I know that may be in market for a new car of any make but will definitely recommend him to someone that is looking for the best deal in a Toyota. More

Best auto buying experience ever, no hassles, no difficulties. We knew exactly the model, color, and options we wanted, so I used the American Express Car Buying web site to get quotes. Rice was significantly lower than several other dealers, so I phoned Mr. Gonzales immediately. Rice did not have the actual vehicle but Mr. Gonzales quickly located one due to be delivered elsewhere from Toyota. We made a deposit over the phone and Mr. Gonzales quickly secured the vehicle for delivery to Rice. We also made our loan application at the same time (Rice's lender gave us a slightly better rate than we had been quoted elsewhere). Everything was handled in a matter of minutes from the comfort of our home, quite convenient since we live an hour away from Rice. Two weeks later Mr. Gonzales phoned to report that the vehicle had arrived, exactly on schedule. At the dealership, it was similarly a very short visit to finalize the purchase and drive away. Although Mr. Gonzales was out of town, he had left all the information and paperwork with Mr. Parker (Sales) and Ms. Scroggins (Finance), so there was absolutely no delay in finishing the sale. Finally, while we were awaiting delivery, I had a question which I emailed to Mr. Gonzales. He replied, within an hour, with a helpful answer. All in all we have been most impressed with the responsiveness of all concerned at the dealer. More

Our time spent at the dealership was minimal. We were out the door with our new car in less than 30 minutes. It was the simplest experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. I had checked out another dealer also listed by the service prior to contacting Luis. There were roadblocks every step of the way so I didn't know what to expect when I picked up the phone to call Luis. Fortunately it was like night and day. I highly recommend Luis and Rice Toyota for anyone looking for a fair deal and friendly, prompt service. More
