Best car deal experience ever. We were looking for a Toyota Sienna SE and called several dealers on our area. Most told us they couldn't find one or if they could it would be more expensive because they were scarce. We saw an ad for Rice and spoke with Dylan Crump. He told us he could beat any offer and he did. He found us the exact car we wanted, had it at Rice the next day. Best of all, the quote he gave us was the final price--there were no added or hidden charges. He treated us with professionalism and respect, and did not speak down to us or treat us as if we didn't have any sense (like many dealers did.) What sealed the deal for us is the fact that while we were with the financial officer, Dylan sat with our autistic son and entertained him so we didn't have that distraction while financing. He went above and beyond and we will buy our next car--and the next and the next--from Dylan at Rice. Actually, everyone we encountered at Rice was genuinely friendly and helpful. More

I first spoke with Allyson about my interest in the truck through my USAA app. Once entering I was greeted and introduced to Ian where he got me spun up on the truck. Informative and straight to the point he was, which made me want the truck even more. After chatting about payments he then introduced me to Lofanza in finance. Lofonza broke down my payments and options for a care plan. Read to me word by word to what I have peers for the truck and gave me a few scenario breakdowns to have me better understand. I had a great experience and I would recommend rice Toyota to anyone. More

I was very picky and stubborn about what I wanted and wasn’t willing to change anything I had my heart set on. Justin was able to make all my dreams come true from the color to the rims. Rice helped me find a financing option that I could afford and helped me through all the paperwork - which can be extremely overwhelming for a first time buyer. I left feeling happy and confident with my purchase and six months later I’m still over the moon about it.
