Our mind was pretty much made up that we were going to purchase either a Lexus or Acura vehicle. However, we met with your sales associate, Ian Gray, and he managed to completely change our earlier thoughts on what we were planning to purchase. He was very professional and friendly making us feel like a part of the Toyota family from the very start. Ian was extremely knowledgeable regarding the features offered on the vehicle we were discussing (Highlander) and was very patient in explaining and answering all of our questions. Ian never made us feel pressured or rushed in any manner to make a decision. At the end of our discussion with Ian we both agreed to purchase a new 2018 Highlander Limited. The follow-up we have enjoyed from Ian Gray and the entire Toyota staff has been excellent. Our experience with Ian Gray and Toyota has been first class and we are now looking to purchase a second Toyota vehicle later this year. Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I had been looking for just the right Camry for me. Found some, but no one wanted to work with me with what I wanted for my trade in. I had never been I had been looking for just the right Camry for me. Found some, but no one wanted to work with me with what I wanted for my trade in. I had never been on the Rice Toyota lot, even though I've lived here forever! I was greeted with the most polite dealership staff I have ever encountered (and I've purchased many cars over the years). I told Justin Sola what I was looking for. He took me to the PERFECT car for me. We worked out a price and they gave me an amazing deal on my trade in. I have never laughed and joked and enjoyed buying a car in my life. It seemed as though I had known Justin for years. For finalization we saw Chris in financing. He was just as helpful and friendly as everyone else we encountered. My husband and I both agree that it was the smoothest, easiest, hassle-free car buying experience we have ever been through. Justin took extra time to explain all the little "bells and whistles" in the Camry, even though it was way past closing time, with a smile on his face. I absolutely LOVE my Camry (converted me from Honda Accord in 1 test drive) and it is highly unlikely that we will ever purchase a vehicle from any other dealership other than Rice Toyota, and hopefully with Justin Sola as our sales rep!
