AMAZING SERVICE AND PEOPLE!!! Everyone is hesitant about going to a car dealership and the unfortunate first thought is that you are going to get ripped off. I have nothing but EXTREMELY positive things to say about the people there and the way I was treated. All of my nerves were alleviated as soon as I met and spoke with Kristin Tenney ( 04/2018) and Jeff Thomas and Richard Robinson ( 04/2019). I had 2 separate but very stressful problems and on top of this my 2013 Toyota Corolla wasn't even purchased from Rice. ( I wish it had been looking back). They treated me like I had been a loyal customer for years and it didnt matter to them where or when I got my car they just simply wanted to help me the best way they could. The process of service was one of the most fluid, informative, and simple ones I have ever experienced. These people at Rice really truly care about their customers and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. I WILL buy my next car from them and that's a promise! More
