No key fob, not disclosed before sale. I previously had a good experience with Rice Toyota, where I bought a 2007 Camry and had service done on my 2005 Lexus LS. Seems like not having a spare key should be disclosed before the sale, since it's an important part of any car. Lose the one key, you're stuck for weeks. And maybe I would have asked for a price adjustment. In addition, the wipers were original to the 4-1/2 year old car, and streaked when we used them.. How hard is it to look at the manufacture date stamped in the wiper? I saw it. Made in 2014. The 30,000 mile maintenance light was on from the start. When I took the car home, the Low Battery Light was also on. A new key cost me $400 including 2 trips and programming. New wipers: more than $40. Thankfully, my Local Flow Volvo Service person did away with the maintenance light in minutes in the service entrance by watching a video, at no cost. No special tools needed. Turns out the battery was fine, but nobody had reset the warning light after replacing the battery, which looks new. I reset that myself in my garage. I wonder why they didn't take care of these things before they showed the car and sold it to me? Some significant issues were present that should have been dealt with before the sale. And while signing the papers, there was the hard sell on a service agreement which would have cost $2,500 after a $1000 discount. No thanks! Lost my trust. I won't be back. The good? Sales person Latosha was nice. Except for the $440 I had to shell out I didn't know about, the price would have been decent. Volvo makes a good car, and this one took us to the beach and back 3 days after I bought it, racking up 600 miles without a hitch after I got the warning and maintenance lights sorted out. More

Without being discouraged, Latosha sat with us and ask about our concerns. She then went and got the car we wanted. After the test drive it was obvious this was it. It was a little out of our desired price range but everyone worked together to find a agreeable solution and we drove home in our Camry. More

Ian was one of the biggest reasons I bought the car from Rice (all for good reason). Ian was thoughtful, patient, and conscientious of all my wants and needs. He listened to me and my needs. He was able to answer all my questions about all the cars and models we looked at. Even when I had to walk away to think and save, Ian was patient and did not pressure me to do anything I did not want to do. After months of talking back and forth to figure out exactly what I wanted, Ian and the sales team really went above and beyond to get a new car exactly as I wanted it, and at the best price around. I recommend Ian and Rice Toyota to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They had an amazing customer experience and service. I will be buying from them again for sure. More

I love my Rice Toyota! So I’ve purchased two cars previously through Rice Toyota - the first being a 2016 Corolla, which I traded in the following year for a 2017 Camry. Just recently my 2017 Camry was totaled in a hit and run accident and I had been stressing about finding a new car. Working with both Ian Gray and Ashley (Financing consultant) was an awesome experience. They both worked tirelessly on finding me just the right car to fit both my preferences and family needs. I’ve never leased a car before but they made sure to explain all the ins and outs of the process to ensure that this was a good option for us. Perfect - once again! We diligently researched the next vehicle we wanted to purchase. Upon arrival at Rice Toyota we were greeted by a most receptive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional Ian Gray. He listened to us for a few minutes and proceeded to check the inventory on computer, explained that he would bring up a vehicle he thought we would be interested in. We took a test drive but were not ready to make a decision. That evening, we emailed Ian our questions. The next day Ian answered all our concerns and we walked out to the lot and picked out the "same" vehicle that Ian had chosen for us to test drive. Ian Gray "listened" to our expressed needs and matched them with our perfect vehicle. Then we met and negotiated with another knowledgeable young man, Chris Johnston, for the best price. Awesome team! We felt that they cared about and met our needs. The future service on our new vehicle promises to be phenomenal. This is our 2nd new vehicle from Rice Toyota. Rice Toyota should be proud of their sales and management team on our recent purchase AND also their service team on our previous Toyota. There was no need to go anywhere else!
