Have any used vehicle that you want to purchase from this dealership looked at by an independent third party mechanic. Drove two hours to purchase a 2016 Cadillac Escalade. When we saw the vehicle we notic dealership looked at by an independent third party mechanic. Drove two hours to purchase a 2016 Cadillac Escalade. When we saw the vehicle we noticed rust on the frame and shocks and asked them to put it on a lift. Once under the truck there was a significant amount of rust on the frame, and oil and other fluids leaking and all over the engine bay. When I pulled the engine cover back to look at the underside of the engine, there were rags stuck up under the engine. Now, before I put the truck on a lift, I asked them if they inspect their used vehicles before they sell them. They said absolutely. So, either they did not tell the truth or they did a subpar job inspecting this truck. It was obvious it needed repairs. Also, they are charging extra for COVID cleaning, and this truck was not well cleaned in the inside. I opened the video monitor and ewwww. Sticky children of the corn hand prints. I hope that was grape jelly. Don’t take their word-verify with another dealership or your mechanic. Salesman were nice though. More
